Second time coming here and I always get the guy for a dip manicure. He’s very kind, professional and just does an amazing job.100% recommend that if you go here you should get a dip manicure by the kind gentleman! (so sorry I forgot his name!!) He’s the only male in the salon. I’ve gotten a gel pedicure here before and it was amazing as well and it’s still holding up strong weeks later. love this place 🙂

My experience at Skylark Nail Spa was wonderful. Upon entry, I was acknowledged by staff. I also observed the spa to be well furnished neat and clean. Tony was assigned to complete my pedicure with paraffin wax. He was gentle and meticulous while working on my feet. My feet feel sooooooo soft. I will definitely be returning.

First and last time I will be going to Skylark Nails. I expressed disappointment in my visit for a gel pedicure after I was overcharged and waited 30 minutes for my appointment. I was excited to go here for the first time as I am new to the area. I registered online because around my birthday I was emailed a coupon for a discount. NICE! I WAS SOOO EXCITED TO TREAT MYSELF!! As you can see in the email it says book here for your discount. I did that. After waiting so long, my pedicure was done nicely but felt very rushed. I quickly paid as I had other places to be since my appointment time was not honored, tipped accordingly and upon looking at my receipt when I got home I saw I was charged full price. I emailed and the owner or manager replied (doesn’t say who he is) with basically it was my fault for not reminding them of the discount- that’s not what your birthday email says to do BTW…. did not offer a refund for the amount I should have paid or ANY resolution. Also explained they get busy because of the 4th of July holiday… I had an APPOINTMENT. The other guests were mainly walk-in’s, why do you take appointments if you do not honor them?? Seems like a BAIT AND SWITCH on many levels. I will warn you to try a different salon, the customer service here is not for the customer.

Beautiful work! Thanh and team are professional, friendly and engaging and that is why I get my mani and pedi done here.
See snapshots of my mani yesterday, but my pedi was done three weeks ago and it still looks good.
