This was awful. My pedicure and manicure took less than an hour and was done unprofessionally and doesn’t look good either so everything that was supposed to be included in the basic pedicure was not acceptable and did not happen, and then the polish on my toes looks awful because for some reason she took acetone and wiped it around my cuticles. So it is super far off my cuticle area and looks like it’s grown out. They were too worried about the state inspection people coming in because they got a call or some thing and everyone started talking and running around cleaning up and putting their sanitary stuff out. Clearly they weren’t using any Barba side or other sanitation processes to clean their stainless steel tools, because she was using the file and clips and buffer from who knows how many countless other people. They were too worried about getting all that stuff done then doing a nice job on my manicure. My fingernails have marks in them there’s paint on my fingers. It doesn’t go up to my cuticles. I did not get a hand and forearm rub like you usually do. Generally you use a sugar scrub on your hands and then you go wash them and they paint them. The polish is not all even and it’s also not even close to my cuticle so it looks like it’s all grown out . I have posted pictures below for proof.

Also, I never go and get manicures and pedicures anymore. My husband bought me a gift card for Mother’s Day, and only use the portion of it so that was a complete waste of our money.

It was the first time with them. I took my bestie there for a bday treat. We got a pedicure done and it was much needed. Lots of choices to choose from in nail color. And the massage chairs were amazing. The workers were amazing and sweet. I recommend this place to anyone in need of some time, love and care for your nails.

I think my nails turned out really good, but the price was a different story. I ended up paying over $100 with the tip included. Nothing about them should have costed that much. I got dip with a design.

This place is a chop shop. The lady drilled the top of my nail till it got so hot my nail bed burned. The tech doing my pedicure went too deep on my cuticles for my toes and yanked a chunk of skin out making me bleed, it hurt the entire time with her digging even after I asked her to be more gentle. Also, wheb I told her she hurt me and my toe started bleeding, she just shoved my foot into the foot tub and tried to act like nothing happened. My mom who was with me, was horrified too. After everything my gel polish chipped in less than 2 days. Months later I am still trying to get my nails to grow back out and recover. They have a hump in them from how thin they had been filed. They’re so brittle and weak that they break doing the smallest task, please exercise extreme caution coming here.

While I usually have beautiful nails when I leave, I have been very disappointed the last few times. Today took the cake! I walked in and was seated to remove my own nails, as usual. Once I was finally sent to the table for my services (there’s always a wait, appt or not), the technician (I won’t call any names) proceeds to text for several minutes leaving me to sit and wait. She gets up and says I have to go home. Wait 10-15 minutes, I’ll be back and then leaves! I wait about 20 mins and proceeded to walk to the front towards the door to ask how much longer it would be when another technician said sit right here. A gentleman came to do my nails. I then waited for someone else to do my design. After all of that, I walked out with my hands looking like the following pictures. The scaling was from the acetone and dip powder from previous as well as not being asked to wash my hands. I was done at this point as they were sending me out the door looking a hot mess. There’s too many nail salons in the area to put up with this sorry service!
