We went and wanted a gel manicure. Not a full set with acrylic or anything. He started cutting her nails completely off and added fake tips. Her nails were already a nice length where he could have done the design she wanted very easily on her natural nail. Then showed him the design and this was what the final $70 design. He was very rough. Do not recommend this place.

I had a horrible experience here and would not recommend going here at all. I arrived via appointment and as I waited I saw other customers come in. The staff was extremely rude to the customers entering in the door even if you made an appointment it was not seemingly getting honored. I was taken care of by a man who was also incredibly rude. When he asked for my shape I told him almond. Initially upon putting acrylic tips on he did not cut my actual nails. As he started to shape them the nail he did a disastrous job to which I told him I did not like the nails. He got frustrated and all but yelled at me when I told him I wanted a different shape. He took them off and I asked him to cut them. He then cut them so jagged. I am very annoyed because not only do my nails hurt but I also walked in with my nails very healthy, long, and well, then I walked out with them looking worse. Which is new even for me.

i went here with some family members and came in super excited since this was my first nail job and i left with tears in my eyes. we asked for me to only get gel. when i was sat down, the guy cut my nails all the way down and started gluing acrylic tips on them. he was pretty rough and aggressive with my hands and kept pushing my fingers down. the design i showed had a circle in the middle but the guy made random shapes that weren’t even close to identical. im disappointed because he could’ve easily said he could not do the design and i wouldve totally been fine with it. my family members and i are in pain because of how aggressive our techs were. definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I usually get my nails done in Platteville at A+ Nail Lounge but today my friends wanted to take me here. I will never and I mean never be coming back here!! I wanted my nails longer first of all, I told him where I wanted them cut and he cut them shorter than I wanted, I wanted French tips with my bf’s initial on one and the D is right in the middle when I said I wanted it in the corner. My fingers hurt because the man cut my fingers with the buffer and the filing tool. The nails are chunky and all different shapes and lengths. The nails are sideways and it’s bothering me so bad. I mean I paid $60 dollars for them which isn’t too ridiculous but for this monstrosity I shouldn’t have paid at all. I didn’t even tip because I hate them and I wanna cry so bad. I know I sound like a brat but I don’t play when it comes to my nails, there’s also white nail polish on my fingers as well. I tried to trust the process and the nail tech but I just don’t think this place does a very good job. I’m about to call A+ and get these fixed

I made an appointment for 3 pedicures, the person who took the call said 10:00 was a good time. My 2 friends got seated and had their pedicures done while I sat there. No apologies given. I’ve now been sitting here for 55 minutes. Very poor customer service.
