Always difficult here, in a time crunch thought I would try again and treat my 2 little girls to get their nails done for their graduations. Completely unhelpful couldn’t even squeeze in 2 children’s manicures, needed 2 days in advance to make an appointment. I guess I can’t keep trying this place, not friendly not nice, was going to buy a gift card for a co worker too oh well! Find a better and more accommodating place…

Melina, I believe that was her name, was incredibly rude! I live out of town and was in town visiting a friend, this salon was the closest to me so I decided to give it a try. HUGE MISTAKE!! My nails looked horrible!!! The materials they use aren’t of good quality, BUT they charge high quality prices. They won’t do the designs you ask for, if any, have to ask ahead of time I was told. My toes also now experience painful in grown toenails from this experience. Not sure if they’re not cleaning their materials properly or what, as I never experienced this until coming here. First and last time for sure!!! Don’t waste your time with this salon!

I was in the process of finding a new nail salon. When the nail tech did my nails the first time, she forgot to put a base on my nails. She did my acrylic refill, buffed my nails and went straight to doing a design. I had to remind her about putting a base. Instead of removing everything and starting over she tried to put the base on with my design still on my nail.

long story short – she redid my nails twice after that and just couldn’t paint my nails correctly. The polish came out uneven, lumpy and streaky. After spending 3 hours the first time and then having to come back to fix it the next day and it STILL wasn’t right – I asked for a refund and found another salon.

Love ludy ! That disrespectful tech Melina (or however it’s spelled) can play in rush hour traffic. She lied on the receptionist and said that I had to ask for designs ahead of time. I have been a client of sky nails since 2010 consistently. Never had any tech disrespectful to me. Two encounters have occurred of disrespects the first time was when u inquired about the price of my service because I read a sign that said price increase. She raised her voice and got loud as the receptionist tried to explain it to me. She assumed because I am a black woman I don’t understand Spanish but I very much do. I know enough to know when I’m being disrespected and talked about. Ever since then she has mistreated me. I never knew in inquiring about the price of my service is a problem. I still swiped my card and paid, i never got loud I just was asking questions.So what is the Melina disrespecting me. Today she denied doing my design and tried to blame it on time and the receptionist , when it’s been plenty of times I’ve gotten design at the last minute with no issue. She never even ask maybe what kind of design?
No accommodation was even attempted just countless excuses and blame on someone else and me as a customer. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had to pay for nails I did not want, because I’m not a thief .

Benji did an amazing job as per usual!
I been coming here for over 7/8 years on and off i haven’t been here in a while only because I live so far but it’s definitely worth the drive. Everyone is super easygoing and friendly, yvona at the reception was awesome! It almost feels like friends/family in there😊, not one person looked upset or like they didnt want to be there and it felt great.I love how clean and sanitary everything was, the level of hygiene was immaculate even down to the floors! they used brand new files and scrubing stones for my pedicure she made sure I was comfortable with every step of the way and I really appreciate that. I’ve been places where nail techs get frustrated , made me uncomfortable or get upset just for asking for something done a certain way or even asking them to use new scrubing stones and that wasn’t the case here, benji was quick and made sure I was happy through out the whole process and so did the lady that did my toes but I didn’t get her name.
