Customer Reviews:
The first time: The gentleman applying gel polish on my fingernails stopped to assist someone at the register, but when he came back to painting my nails, he skipped a hand. He was checking them before I paid and the polish visibly started to peel off. He proceeded to tell me that I did not keep my hand inside the LED lamp for the entire time. I wanted to remind him that he stepped away and skipped a hand, but I figured I would just let it go.
The second time: I was getting pedicure and the lady started painting my toe nails a blue color, but I had picked a light pink color. I immediately told her that was not the color that I had selected. The owner’s husband intervened and told me that it was my responsibility to remember the nail polish number that I selected. I first said it when I sat down in the chair and could not remember it an hour and a half later. I wanted to say something about how long it took for someone to start my pedicure, but I just let it go.
The third time: I had a full set on that was done at another salon out of town (for a wedding), but I needed it refilled two weeks later. I specifically said I wanted a refill, but they removed every single tip and wanted to charge me for a whole new set. The owner’s husband intervened again saying that the nails were too brittle for them to refill so they would need to start fresh. I would have understood that if they communicated from the start, but I did not have the time to get a whole full set done again. I refused a new full set, paid them for what they did and left, letting it go again.
I have let it go enough times. I do not want to give this place my business anymore when there are plenty of other nail salons that will be more courteous and still do a great job.
