I just moved from Ohio and needed a new salon. With great reviews I chose Six East Salon. The salon was easy to get to, a very charming atmosphere. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They all gave me recommendations for cool places to eat and drink in Frederick. My stylist did a great job with my hair color! Best it has been in a long time. I was very happy. I also had my eyebrows waxed and it was fast and easy. Great job!
I really appreciated the manger calling me a few days after my appointment to see if I was satisfied with my visit.

I love my hair!! This was my first visit and I was tentative about going to a new salon. But beginning with my call with Maxine to Mary my stylist to The front desk owners I was treated like a queen. Mary took the time to in the beginning to fully appreciate and understand what I wanted, though I had trouble articulating it. She provided a holistic approach to the color and care and the treatment. The results were perfect. There were some nuances like massage chairs while being shampooed and warm towels to dry my hair after shampooing. Finally, she took me upstairs for waxing brows and upper lip. The atmosphere was serene and the character of the building was intimate. After the services, I got goodies like samples and discounts for return future visits. I will be coming back and plan to tell all my family and friends. Thank you for an enjoyable and perfect afternoon. PS this is a no tip salon. The prices were reasonable and appropriate.

Mary and the entire team of Talented and Amazing women are absolutely fabulous! Mary is skilled at listening to her clients and providing the best color and haircut style. Mary colored and highlighted my hair. Then she cut/styled it. This was my first time at this salon, and I am pretty sure that this is my new home!!

The salon is very cute! Everyone is super friendly. I haven’t had a haircut since I was 14 and I think my stylist did a great job! She brought life back to my hair!!

Hi, my name is nichole golobo I was visiting some family members in Frederick Maryland and decided I need to come in and get some layers in my hair at the time I had extensions in my hair did not know how to cut layers with extensions in. I think it was the owner tried to help her. She did a couple cuts on me and when she asked the owner to go around my face because she was afraid I guess she was going to chop me. She said no I cannot help you. I have to get back to my client For a shampoo and blowout cost me like almost almost 90 bucks. I would not recommend this place. It’s not the cleanest either.
