Not a good experience. This is the first time I have ever been to this nail salon. Helen had highly rated reviews but to say I am disappointed would be an under statement. She didn’t ask me what length I wanted my nails, so they are super short. She cut my fingers with the drill a few times. When she started the colors she picked out neons when my reference photo had pastels. Wouldn’t let me see my nails when she was working on them. She had an extremely rude attitude. My gel polish doesn’t even cover my full fingernail. She didn’t put a top coat on my thumb nail so it is matte and has fingerprints while my other thumb has ripples in the polish from improper curing. Design looks nothing like reference photo. When her next appointment came in she rushed to finish my nails without letting me see them. She put neon orange on me..? my kirby looks like the terminator. wish I didn’t tip. Will NEVER come back.

Worst experience EVER! I walked out crying due to how ugly my toes looked. My 5 year old cousin could’ve did better. I asked for them to be fixed and it looked worse. I kept asked to just remove the polish and EVERYONE IN THERE IGNORED ME!!!!!!

I had the Best acrylic Nails in a long time with Helen….Helen took time did very good job..my Nails are strong…it’s more than a week, nothing is lifted..nothing is broken 💙💙🫧🌹Helen is the best 👌

I tried twice. Having a fill they go over cuticle so grows out in a few days , looks like press on nails. Second time same thing plus the acrilic ate my skin. Nail just popes off.

This time the worst pedicure ever! The woman was so rough and cut me while cutting my toenails. I wanted to walk out in the middle of the pedicure but stayed long enough to just get my toenails painted. Usually I book with Helen who does a great pedicure! Sorry but I won’t ever go back!! Very disappointing.
