I went to Simplicity for the 2nd time today and was even more pleased than the first time. Everyone is friendly and the service is great. I have very thick hair so it’s always been a challenge for me to find a stylist who can work with that, but Sophie did an amazing job and I will definitely book with her again. Thanks for giving me a haircut I love instead of just like or tolerate!

I have in fact used this salon, over 6 months ago. I received a cut and color. I have never gotten my nails done and do not know what that comment is about. Just more frustrations. I was not impressed and apologize that it upset the owner that I put a review. Again just shows the customer service here. Every interaction has been bad unfortunately. Lucy I found a great salon in concord that also supports a local small business. I have never understood a need for an owner to place a petty response when they are unhappy with a review. Luckily we have options here in Concord.

I had such a great experience with Desiree. She was very patient with me and stayed an hour past the end of her shift because my hair was being a bit difficult in the beginning so it set us back a bit with time but she wanted to make sure I loved my hair and I do! It came out so great!
