4/5 stars. The technicians at this salon 9/10 times do THE BEST work! The ONLY complaint I have is offering appointment times when its not prioritized any more than a walk in. I set an appointment for 5:15 knowing it was later in your day.. i even called to confirm my appointment two hours in advance and said I was willing to only get my nails or my feet done and come back tomorrow and was told to come in… I arrived 10 min early & I sat until 6pm before I was started on. I understand busy, short staffed, ect… times are tough for everyone and I know you do what you do because of that… but sometimes people make appointments because they only have x amount of time to do something. I left the salon at 7:30. 2:25 minutes …

I suggest either not taking appointments at all or bringing your attention to a work flow that makes the appointments priority.

Everyone that works here is kind and it sometimes is a little pricey but overall my visits to this salon are 10/10. I wish this issue would be addressed as a single mom on a time frame who has to fit this time into my very busy schedule. I am so impressed with my nails and I want to come to this salon regularly but because I never know how much time I will be here I end up not being sure weather to come at all.

Last Wednesday, January 27th, I went to Silvis Nails for a fill. This was my first visit at this location. The staff was friendly and I had a great initial impression of my nail tech.

Fast forward 1.5 weeks from my appointment and my nails look like they have been through the ringer. A couple of days after my appt., they all started chipping, cracking and falling apart in a way they never have before… I can typically wait 3-4 weeks between appointments and the quality of this work is extremely disappointing.

Very unhappy with my dip nails. I got a pedicure & dip set and spent $130… it was not worth that amount at all. These dip nails look horrible and I keep getting madder every time I look at them or when someone sees them and say wow those look horrible. They are huge bubbles on my nails. I use to go there all the time but I won’t be going back. The pedicure was okay.. none of it was worth $130 bucks. I asked the guy doing my dip nails to file the dip down because of how lumpy they were & that didn’t happen.

So far I have been twice and had my nails done and they look great! Nice quality and detail. They even are open on Sundays! Going back in for a pedicure this weekend for sure!!

I’ve been coming to this place for two years and with the workers it’s a hit or a miss. Some are very, very kind and some will rush you and your service. I’ve noticed that lately they always tell me that I need to pay right when I sit down to dry my nails (today the newer guy doing my nails didn’t, but they made sure to tell him to tell me), but with *certain* other people, they ask once they’re done and ready to head out. I have always tipped good and just feel like that’s beyond disrespectful. Will be going to, and recommending others, a different nail shop.
