Came in on Easter and Nina was AMAZING! She was so friendly and she SLAYED my nails!!! Good price! I’ve been trying to find a shop to go to since i moved to Irving and this place didn’t disappoint!!

Give this place way too many chances. The guy who did my nails last was rude, hurt my hands many times not once said sorry at least… save your coins and go somewhere else last pic is how my finger is healing after a week

I needed my nails done in a pinch and with my usual place closed, I decided to try this place out. Having a 4.3 star rating I didn’t expect perfection, but I did expect the bare minimum of leaving intact with acceptable nails. I have had my nails done regularly for over a decade, literally several hundred times, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The person that did my nails from the jump was aggressive, jerking my arms around to position them. The drill was way too high, causing a burning sensation to my nail bed. I kept jerking and saying “ow” but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. She kept nicking my skin too. I could deal with all that, but when they used the nail file it was the final straw. I’ve never been cut so bad to the point of bleeding at a nail salon.

I told them to stop, put the clear coat on and I was done. They tried to ignore my request and tried to continue to the point I had to shout and point out the blood. And on top of it, I still had to pay full price. The owner did give me a bottle of lotion, but that doesn’t in any way address the pain I’m still feeling with every keystroke at work this week, and the pain in my wallet from paying for a service I didn’t fully receive.

First time today having Cammy as my nail tech and I couldn’t be any happier! She completely exceeded my expectations! Not only was her work amazing but it was all done in very little time! I am blown away. I’ve been coming here for many years and this is by far the best set I’ve ever gotten done. Cammy is amazing and so is management! Just call and book now, you won’t regret it!
