Inconsistent quality. Need better training for pedicures. Tech didn’t even file my nails even after i asked her if she didi it. They are uneven and different lengths. Not sure i will return anytime soon. So disappointed

I have been going to Silk Nails for over 10 years. Suddenly things changed. I have asked several times if they changed owner but no answer. Familiar staff are gone. Shop seems duller and not as clean. Woman who greeted me said name? Then returned to her conversation w the guy. No hello . No come in. No pick a color. No you can go down this way. Later she returned to a desk and put her bare feet up on the client chair. The girl who did my pedicure cut my nails too short and made them bleed. I don’t know what happened but I liked going in and having them know my name. Whatever the change, it wasn’t a good one and I won’t be back.

I hadn’t been in years…the nail polish smell was too much but I really needed a pedicure. While they included a scent (I selected orange) with the pedicure for free.. The actual pedicure was below average… barely a massage. I won’t go back. It’s too bad because they are so convenient.

My first and last time ever! I had menicure, which was cheap. But the nail polish they use is cheap, too. One hour after I had the polish, my nails are ruined. I was told it would last 10 days, well it did not last one hour. The polish they use do not dry! I will go home and remove the polish. I wasted my time and money. One good thing is the massage! It was worth!

Terrible place. The manager feels only certain services are worth her time. If you aren’t going to spend a certain amount of money she turns you away. Very rude and unprofessional. Considering how many nail salons there are out there this is not one I would recommend.
