Absolutely love my nails. I think someone said her name is Ally. Her station is the far left when you first walk in. She was DETERMINED to get the design right. I told her she could do any kinda design she thought would look nice but she said it was fine. She did AMAZING. She took her time and even fixed a small error that I actually caused. If I had more money I definitely would’ve tipped more than I did!

Listen up, everyone! I had the most horrendous experience at Signature Nails today around 4:30pm, and I’m here to save you from going through the same nightmare.

Picture this: the manicurist, Lee(well at least that’s what he told me his name was), slamming down a glass bowl, intentionally poured pure acetone on me without any regard for my well-being. And when I confronted him about it, he had the audacity to blame me and started yelling as if I was the problem. Lee even had a temper tantrum shouting, “I’m having a bad day!”

It’s clear that this nail salon has zero respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Signature Nails. Trust me, you don’t want to subject yourself to their disrespectful treatment.

I hope this review helps others avoid a similar unpleasant experience.

I love ❤ visiting Signature Nails…the service is always very friendly and professional…the location is just great and so quiet and peaceful in the mall…My Nail Tech “Jack” is amazing and so helpful with assisting me with choosing my nail polish colors… The prices are very comfortable in this economy. When asked about my “beautiful nails” I always recommend Signature Nails & Spa in University Mall….I look forward to my future visits there! 💕 Next time I will share photos 📷!
