Showroom nails is the place to be! The nail techs are awesome, so friendly and I always have a great time going in there. There is always so much laughter and the vibe is so relaxing and enjoyable. They do everything from nail art designs to ombré nails! They are so professional and make sure to keep a smile on everyone’s faces. If a client has an issue they are quick to resolve it with no problem. If anyone has a negative thing to say about showroom nail spa it’s only cause the client did not communicate and/or was in the wrong. I personally would recommend showroom nails to anyone within the area! They will most certainly hook you up with style and grace!

Very unprofessional. I made a 2 o’clock appointment for full nails and pedicure. When the lady was done doing my nails, she sat me down at the pedicure area and went to service another customers. I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for pedicure service. While everyone was carry-on in conversation and taking walk-ins it’s was 3:50 went I left there with only on service completed.

I been here 3x and the 3x were horrible experience .#1 time i had made appointment at 5:45 because i get out of work at 5. i get there on time then the lady looks at me like i have 8 heads . as if i messed up their leaving early day. Fine i said let me give it another shot . #2 I made another appointment at 10AM since is open time . i waited outside like a idiot it was 10:20 until they showed up had the nerves to say ” you waiting on us?” ok , my nails were ruined i got a gel manicure it was chipping the minute i got home. i called them back and told them what happen. she said ok come tomorrow will fix it . #3 I get back in there to fix them. BOOM! another mess . Painting was horrible, the machine cut me, but of course they too busy gossiping and making friends talking to the whole wold that comes in . like pay attention to my nails please! . NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve only gone twice and both times where great. The nails always come out beautifully. And the staff is very nice.
