i rate this place a 0 if i could.i was getting a pink french tip they didn’t look right so i told the lady (the owner she wouldn’t tell me her name) that i didn’t like it and i didn’t want french tip she rudely said next time let me know before i cure them and roughly took the pink french tip off she got up and said she felt uncomfortable to continue to do my nails she’s said i was full of drama made a big seen just because i wanted the pink french tip off i asked her nicely if im paying for something i want it done the correct way she said she couldn’t do the pink french tip i had to pay $40 for these she was going to make me pay $50 but her husband was on our side and basically saying that’s not how you treat a customer as a business owner very ashamed and will never be coming back the only reason i came here was because everywhere had a long wait should’ve just waited

I don’t think it was a hard horrible experience, just horrible nails. I was the only one in the salon in the middle of the day and the man could of put more effort into the nails. I asked for med length, black square nail. They are not straight and there’s not apex. My pinkies are the most crooked and point upward. They could of been better with more effort but he wanted to get them done and over with.

I walked in for a pedicure today, and I was serviced right away, they don’t speak much but I don’t mind. I chose white gel polish. An older lady helped me today. I worked in a salon for three years so I was checking everything out the whole time (cleanliness, sanitation, atmosphere) everything look very sanitary. She put my feet in and the water was the perfect temp (for me). I just asked for a pedicure so I had no idea what to expect. She never went over prices or if they offered different types of pedicures. She was doing so good at first, she clipped my nails (without asking how I like my length but that’s no big deal. I personally would’ve left them longer) she filed and scrubbed my feet very good, she also put hot towels on my legs and rubbed my feet with a hot stone, than she started to apply the polish. The base coat for gel is clear so I didn’t notice any thing yet but when she started to put in my white gel there was polish everywhere. She had it on the sides of my toes and my cuticles. She appeared to try to scrape some off with her finger nail and than proceeded to cure it. (Still a mess btw and the edges were lifting) she just continued like nothing was wrong with the polish and gave it a second coat. After that cured she did a top coat and than left. I sat for a few minutes and when she came back she must’ve noticed they looked funny. She than chose to drill the edges of my already top coated and cured gel polish and than repainted them (only on my big toes) she never attempted to fix the little toes. Some of the paint is uneven and there is subtle texture in some toes. Usually gel is very smooth. I still had tons of lipping on my small toes and I have to go home and clean them up. I will provide a picture but take into thought that this is after I already attempted to fix them. Again they’re not terrible I’ve just had a lot better and smoother. I don’t expect these to last very long. I know that water is going to get under the lipping quickly and they will fall off sooner. Just seems sloppy. I don’t like confrontation so I just paid my bill, said thank you and left.

My Pedi was amazing, and I’m totally thrilled, I got passed around and 3 people worked on my hands until I ended up in Megan’s very gentle hands. A couple of my fingernails have little chips after a week. So that’s a bummer. The salon is clean, comfortable, and I was a walk-in on a Saturday and they were still able to take care of me. I got gel polish, the prices are reasonable and I believe it is a family who runs it. I will go back again.

I’m new in town and I wanted to say that this was one of the best experiences walking into a nail shop my father 79 years old and they took him as soon as he walked in the the lady asked how can she help , and we told her that we needed our petty and manicure, and she took us right away , I felt right away welcome. I didn’t feel like the 5 star. Treated me when I went there. Here at shell, hands, were professional and very friendly ,and they had great customer service!. I’m not just saying this just to be saying it my feet were done excellent my hands were done as well, so if you’re new in town, make sure you go by show hands and give them a try.. I just don’t give out five stars just for nothing
