I had to take a second and say they are usually good. I will never see Chloe from there again. She was rudely positioning my arm to correct it so she can continue painting my nails. Then cut me not once but twice . I showed her I’m bleeding but she said yea it’s your nails. Never offered me something for the bleeding just continued painting. Then after finishing my gel manicure I’m showing her there’s paint around my nails and she said yea just wash it off when you wash your hands. My 7 year old niece could’ve done a better job. Sorry very unhappy customer here.

i don’t normally like doing bad reviews but i had gone here on monday. the first picture shows how the heart nail looked scraped? this happened a day after my service and there are dents and holes, the tips of my nails began to chip. the second picture is from friday. this gel manicure didn’t even last me a week. very disappointed in the service and the customer service dealing with this issue.

Beautiful nail spa, very clean! The owners are very friendly and attentive to the customer. The best part is that we use two of the finest nail technicians! Cindy and Lenny do a great job. I followed Cindy from another nail salon. She pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work! Lenny is so patient and has the best selection of butterfly designs 🦋 Thank you girls!

This is my “go to” place for spa pedicures (I am not a manicure person). The salon is clean and spacious with comfortable seating and room to spread out. They are always willing to take a walk-in and if they can’t, they will give you a time you can return if you want. I would avoid Saturdays as a walk-in, but most times they will find a way to fit you in.

I used to frequently come to shiny nail spa to get UV gel extensions. They lasted me a month or so. I came two weeks ago and two of my nails chipped within the first week. I came back to get them redone, they gave it to me for free but as the guy was doing my nails I noticed they were completely unshaped well and longer than the others. I asked for them to be fixed…I came home and within less then 24 hours of getting my two nails redone they chipped once again. I was so done with having to go back, I went to CVS to buy nail glue, and glued the nails on myself. Continuing, 4 of my nails have fell off, an I just reglued them on. I am very disapointed in the work shiny is doing and it is unacceptable to have customers come and leave and get their nails chipped/broken within the first week, especially paying $60-$100 for a nail set. I am not the only person that has experienced this. Hopefully shiny nails will pick up their work.
