Booked April 1 for my daughters prom June 8th. 2 days before I message to make sure we are still good for 12pm on 8th. The response I get is we are not booked. I screenshot our conversation about the booking and I get no real apology just a ” I must have been busy and forgot to book.” I said well whoever you have where we are supposed to be, you can cancel or reschedule them as this is your error and this is her prom. I won’t get an appointment anywhere with 2 days notice. Apparantly that would screw up HER day as she specializes in Blondes and that is what’s booked…Pissed to say the least and oh we can squeeze you in with another girl but not the same time. I had no choice but to take that but will DEFINITELY never go back nor recommend. Poor customer service and lack of care for anyone but themselves

I have had appointments with Erin for 4-5 times and have brought my families here (kids and adult). She was able to create hairstyle for all of us and achieve what we wanted with very reasonable price. She helped me find the colour that work for me!
Very down-to-earth attitude and approachable. Not the kind of salon where you are afraid to walk in and get nervous. Katie and the entire team have been working constantly to make this a better place. 100% recommended!

Katie is by far the best stylist I’ve ever had. She’s so knowledgeable and I never leave without feeling fabulous and beautiful. All of the staff are fabulous and I would recommend them over and over and over again!

My daughter has been getting her hair done by Katie Manual for a few years and she never disappoints! She is knowledgeable in her craft and the sweetest person! Her staff is super friendly too! Great group of girls who do great work!! Definitely recommend to anyone!!

I called and got in the same day with Erin. My hair was such a big job because I have so much of it…. But when I tell ya Erin slayed and did Her thing!!!! I couldn’t be more happier with the out come!!!! Highly recommend shadyz the staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly and very welcoming!!!! I will be returning for sure in the future!! This place is a one stop shop forsure so many talents under one roof!!! ☺️☺️☺️
