I got acrylic extensions. My nails started lifting within 4 days. It is now 11 days post-appointment and 7/10 of my nails are now lifting significantly. The nail technician did a good job recreating the complicated nail art I requested. They look nice but have not held on well.

Such a cute nail salon. Very clean and nice esthetic! Never had a better dip powder mani! Also love that they give you a menu to choose how thorough of a pedi you want!

The people there are very sweet but did not do a good job on my nails. I asked for a simple coffin shape and white french tips, when i first left the salon they were bumpy, not coffin shaped, and the french tip was a big white line going across my nails. I decided to go back in with my mom to get them fixed and they look almost the same. These were also $100 + tip which is a lot for a simple french tip. These were supposed to be my nails for my senior photos too sadly.

They severely overbooked themselves and then blamed us for being late. We were 3 minutes late! There were 3 women working on 7 people, 3 more waiting that came in minutes after the other 3 had arrived. Perhaps someone was out ill. Either way, you should not blame your customers for your own overbooking issue. It took 2.5 hours. I gave the 2 stars because the woman who did my nails did a decent job. We will not return.

Update: I’ve changed my review to 1 star since they are now lying in their response stating I was 22 minutes late and “upgraded” services. I believe in taking responsibility for my own actions, hopefully they will learn to do the same and not continue to overbook and blame their customers for their own internal issues.
