The service was ok but my nails look so janky, for 1 they are bulky, the shaping isn’t like the video/picture I showed them , I just got these done yesterday and the gel polish chipped already (this has never happened to me before and it wasn’t even a full 24 hrs) , and my cuticles got nicked and cut by the drill multiple times while I was being filed, and I have a cut on the side of my pinky from the file. My friends nails were also shaped horribly and bulky too . I called 30 minutes before hand to let them know what we wanted, we get there , chose our colors, then we’re sat down to get our nails done…. I literally showed the man who was supposed to do them , the video (the last ss) of the acrylic overlay I wanted and he said he could do it… Yall why were my nails no where near close to looking like the picture so I asked him to take them off, even the lady next to him said that he needed to add more acrylic and then shape them. Him and another lady were speaking in another language talking about it and maybe even me . They were trying to gaslight me and tell me that it was an acrylic overlay and that what I wanted was a “build up”…bffr So another lady intervenes and says she can fix them and I show her the same exact video. She definitely did better than he did but they are real thick even though I told them I wanted them thinner, I have no apex , the shaping is rounded and lopsided when I specifically said “crisp,sharp square” shape, the gel polish chipped after the first day and the polish job isn’t even clean. I feel like my nails were rushed on. The lady who ended up intervening and trying to fix my nails after he messed them up was kind to us though but we will not be going back .

I would give 0 stars if I could. My nails were completely ruined after going in for an acrylic removal. I made an appointment at 3pm and arrived 5 minutes late which I had called them in advance to inform. I walk in and there are 2 nail techs who have clients with them already. I wait about 10-15 minutes for one of them to finish up and then get seated. She tries to cut my natural nails even when I told her I want to keep the length of my natural nails and just want to get the acrylic off. She proceeds to grab a bowl to pour acetone into and I dip both of my hands in. As I am waiting, she grabs the next client and starts her full set. As some time goes by, I lift my hands to check the progress and she insists I put it in for more time. This happens a couple of times and she ends up FINISHING the entire full set of another client before coming back to me. I had my hand dipped in acetone for A HOUR AND A HALF, which I was unable to notice because there was no clock and my phone was not near me. I take my hands out of the acetone and as she is taking off the acrylic, it flies everywhere into my hair and clothes. A part of my thumbnail ends up breaking off because of how long my hands were dipped into the acetone and she proceeds to tell me it is because of the length of my nails that they were so brittle. She tries to fix it with nail glue and I just end up telling her not to bother fixing it. She finished taking off the acrylics and I go to wash my hands. My nails and skin around my fingers were clearly overly dehydrated and would not come off with water and soap. I go to the counter to pay and she tries to charge me $20 when they had told me $15 over the phone. She didn’t even show me the screen for the price and I would have paid $20 if I had not asked to confirm the price. As soon as I got home, I ended up clipping my nails short because of how flimsy and brittle they had become. This whole process should have taken a max of 30 minutes, but I ended up being at the nail salon for a hour and a half and left with no nails. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Please beware!

Had such an amazing experience here! Veronica was so friendly and took the time to do my nails right. Her design work is incredible. All staff are friendly, the space is clean and welcoming! I highly recommend getting your nails done here ♥️

Unfortunately I didn’t even get a chance to experience the services here.. I booked an appointment for 5pm over the phone. Arrived around 4:50pm & they were closed… lights out, doors locked, closed! That alone speaks volumes to this salon’s professionalism.. I will not be returning, nor will I suggest anyone come here for services. I had to leave at least 1 star in order to post this review, but I would honestly give them 0 stars if I could.

made a 10:30a appointment for my granddaughter to get her nails and toes polished we arrived at 10:20am by 11:05 she still wasn’t waited on they played musical chairs with her to give the appearance that they where getting ready to do service on her but here we sit. while still waiting 2 people (I assume regulars) came in after us sat right down and got waited on i asked whats going on 2 people came after us and got waited on and my granddaughter nails or feet haven’t been touched all of a sudden no one speaks English their not even looking up to answer needless to say we left. No need to make an appointment your time doesn’t matter you make an appointment for a reason but they don’t care or care to reply horrible place.
