During my visit , I received a hair cut that left me deeply unsatisfied. Unfortunately, I felt as though my hair was rushed through, and the result was far from what I had expected. The communication regarding the haircut was inadequate, and I was shocked to discover that the hairstylist had removed more hair than I had anticipated. As a result, I was left with a style that I am unable to fix, and the experience left me in tears.

Considering the $70 I spent at your salon, I expected a much higher level of service. Regrettably, the treatment I received did not meet my expectations at all. I promptly reached out to you to address my concerns, but I was disheartened by the lack of response for several days. When you did respond, I felt as though my feedback was not taken seriously. The dismissive nature of your response, suggesting that my hair was already damaged, only added to my disappointment.

It is evident to me that this is not the first time such an incident has occurred at your salon. I believe that more care and attention should be given to the communication between stylists and clients to prevent such situations from happening in the future.

As a resident in the area, I believe it is essential to share my experience with others. Therefore, I will not hesitate to inform my acquaintances to be cautious before choosing your salon for their haircare needs.

Love this salon! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Shannon is amazing and is always genuinely interested in giving me the hair color and style I want. Heather is such an amazing nail tech with great skill and technique. Definitely recommend a visit!

The owner has a tremendous amount of experience that she has brought to this new, aesthetically pleasing salon that emphasizes QUALITY service. Her energy is magnetic which made the appointment super fun.

The nice woman at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate my scheduling conflicts in a way most salons wouldn’t. I also had my nails done by Heather who does a fabulous job in nail design!

I picked this off of google because it had 4.7 stars and I thought I would give it a try. I went in for all over highlights. The gentleman that worked on my (do not remember his name), was really nice however he completely fried my hair. He asked me what kind of highlights or results was I looking for so I showed him a picture, he also pulled up a similar picture so I thought we understood each other. Well as he stated he said he was going to do the balayage technique to blend it better and I was like okay that sounds good. On there site the listed for services shows highlight around $170 and balayage was more like $190 or so, anyway he asked he could do layers in my hair because my hair was weighing down, I said sure let’s put some, but I do not want any cut off the bottom ( in other words no length cut off), he Started putting foils in, I was a little worried as it was a lot, but I thought I’ll trust the process I am not a stylist so he knows what he is doing. My appointment was at 12 (important for context), when he removed the foils I didn’t notice anything crazy except that the color of my hair was way blonder than I had expected. I mentioned that to him and he said he is very familiar with my color and thickness of hair so he knew what to mix. So he washed it out and puts toner in takes me back and starts blow drying. It’s at this point I noticed my hair is breaking off. Like it is breaking off a ton! The length of my hair is about 3 to 4 Inches shorter due to breakage. I asked him if it was breaking and he ignored my question. At this point I wanted to cry but I had been there 5 hours. I ended up saying thank you and when paying I asked the front lady if my hair looked fried she said no, I ended being charged $480, they charged me for the balayage, high lights, cut, toner and shampoo and conditioner. My appointment was 12 didn’t leave till 5, and now my hair is fried, fried to the point I have to go somewhere else to chop it off. I’m so upset and frustrated.

They got me in on short notice for a haircut and did an amazing job! Will definitely keep coming back. Thank you!
