This was my first time at shades nail bar, and it was amazing! Tess was easy to talk to, and great at helping me make decisions on nail type and color. They had fun music playing, and everyone was so nice and friendly.

I saw Chai’s work on instagram and she definitely exceeded my expectations! I didn’t really have any vision in mind and I’ve never been more impressed with my nails. I’ve never had GelX, but will definitely get them in the future. I flew in from NYC and will absolutely be returning every time I visit Columbus.

Tess did a phenomenal job! I came in with a reference image and it’s totally spot on. So happy with my nails. The atmosphere and ambiance was also super nice — all of the nail techs were so sweet, and they kept a very clean and organized environment. Will be back!

Not only did she nail the design, she got me set up with the almond shape nails I always wanted but could never get right with having such a wide nail bed.
