They were super attentive and the guy I had fixed my nails when i pointed them out. He was kind and worked quick. Super accommodating and I got perfect acrylics for 45$. Will definitely go back!

If I could give it a zero I would. I wanted a simple design of a couple of lines (3D)and the lady told me she can draw. She was confident but when she finished she showed me n I told her the lines weren’t straight or in the right placement. She got frustrated after 2 tries and gave up telling me that she was busy and had other things to do rudely. She sat in her original seat n didn’t even have a guest… SHE WAS ON HER PHONE THE WHOLE TIME giving me looks. Point is if u can’t draw then tell guest so they can work around it.

Do not go here! I went to get a pearl chrome done a few weeks ago on my natural nails. A few days after it chipped and I didn’t have the time to go back to get them fixed. I had to get 3 nails redone and I went today. The lady tried to do it but the color didn’t look the way the other nails looked. The originals were sparkly and the new ones looked like transparent glass. Then she asked me who did my nails and because I didn’t remember the whole crew was talking about me in their language. The lady just stared at me with my glass color nail. Then she got someone else to do it and I explained the method I did originally weeks ago which was top coat, neutral gel, and then pearl chrome and it worked and the nails looked the same. The original lady came back and my hands were in the UV light. When I took them out and my fingers were covered in the pearl chrome powder she just looked at me like you expect me to clean that off for you too? A very bad experience and my last one here. These people are so mean, unprofessional, and bad at business. I’ve been coming here for years. Never again!

Went to get a gel mani and pedi yesterday 2/19/24 and I had a guy do the mani and pedi. He didn’t know English at all so he didn’t understand a word I was saying. And I felt like he was rushing bc I can see on my nails in the light it’s different shades. And one nail has already chipped. I was not happy about it at all this time. I usually don’t complain about my nails but I have an event to attend and one nail is already chipped. It was not worth the $60 I spent. I will think again before going to get my mani and pedi done at this location. And he really didn’t do a good job with my cuticles either. I mean I can go on about it. But I am Very Very upset
