If I could give this place zero stars, I would. For a full set and a regular manicure both nail techs couldn’t care less about the quality of my services. They clearly put in no effort whatsoever and was not worth the price. I would rather pay more elsewhere to actually like what I’m getting. Every time I asked the woman to fix the shape or file the nail more or fix the design, she was visibly annoyed. DO NOT COME HERE!

I’ve never had such a bad experience getting my nails done. I had an appointment and yet they still made me wait about 30 minutes, what’s the point of making the appointment then? Next when someone was doing my feet she was drilling the polish off when I clearly told her it wasn’t gel, and then when paying she charged me an extra $5 to remove the gel even though I did not have gel. When I said that she quickly turned it around and said it was then because I got a design but I’ve come here before and never get charged extra for the French that I get. The lady also cut my nails down extremely short when I’ve had them grown out for weeks, and did a very average job. They always seem to be rushing over here and never do a proper job. Extremely unprofessional.

I ignored the amount of 1 star reviews there are and this is a sign to never do that again. My nails came out crooked, the girl who did my nails was on the phone, and had little to no care about making sure the nails are nice and neat. She did my nails fast and was only caring about getting it done as quick as possible making my nails have bumps in the acrylic, not the same size, and the french tips wonky. There was dust on shelves and it was clear they didn’t clean the place. She used curved nail tips and my nails came out curved, fat at the bottom making them look like duck nails when they were supposed to be simple french squared nails, i had to file them once i got home.
