Went in less than a week ago, got SNS, they’re already cracked and the corner on one broke off. Not the kind of service I typically get from them so I’m a bit disappointed.

I went for a quick nail appointment called ahead was seen about 45 min later ( not an issue ) i didnt mind waiting . But what i did mind l was that i was charged 63$ for acrylic full set that doesnt even go all the way to my cuticle and the black polish is pretty much see through cause she only did one coat. Than didnt even put the gold that i wanted . Im pretty upset about because i spent so much money on them and it looks like ive had them on for 3 weeks already. Learned my lesson. Smh

I’m visiting NC and I needed my nails done. I was so elated when the nail tech was doing my nails, she did everything right. I’ve been getting my nails done by the same person for 17years. So I was extremely nervous. I get acrylic over my real nails with clear polish always. The price was very reasonable and the service is very good, everyone was friendly and I felt welcome. I will definitely be going back to Serenity Nails & Spa.
