Always great service. I love coming here to get pedicures and a dip. I also have brought my son here a few times as well for his pedicures and they always do a great job

I have had issues with other nail dips from my old nail salon, so decided to switch to serenity have not regretted it a single time. Truly the best and you get more than what you pay for. Dora was the best and so sweet ♥️

I have been a customer of their services for approximately 5 years. After the shop I was going to closed its doors, I was concerned about finding someone just as good as my previous regular shop. After several attempts, I finally came upon this shop. They are clean (which is important to me as a former nurse,) professional and pleasant to work with. The atmosphere in the shop is relaxing and friendly. They deserve this excellent review.

Been going here for 10 years now. Always always have a great experience! Pam is very kind & gentle with the whole process which today included pedicure, lip waxing. I got the Serenity but they have other options as well.

I have been a loyal customer at Serenity for many years and have always had pleasant experiences. However, today’s visit was exceptionally disappointing. Dora Troung, who is the wife of the front desk staff, did my manicure and her behavior was extremely unprofessional. I had requested a simple set of pink almond nails. Throughout the service, she accused me of being overly picky and made several sassy remarks. She even mentioned that they had discussed my preferences with all the technicians simply because I had requested a specific nail design.
As a paying customer, it is reasonable to ask for corrections if there are any mistakes. Unfortunately, Dora made negative comments about every request I made. When I asked for shorter nails, she bluntly told me I was too picky. She also mentioned that her family and friends talk about me after hours and that no one wants to do my nails when I visit. Additionally, she asked my mother if I am always this picky, suggesting that my behavior at the salon was overly demanding. Dora even spoke to the lady doing my pedicure about my requests, causing the pedicurist to laugh at me. This behavior was truly unprofessional and made for the worst experience I have ever had at Serenity.
Moreover, I noticed that Dora did not use clean tools from a sterile bag, raising concerns about hygiene. One of my friends developed a fungal infection from this location and had to have her toenail removed.
At the end of the service, Dora asked if I had a boyfriend and suggested that my pickiness was the reason I didn’t. I have never felt so disrespected at a salon where I have been a long-time client.
