I went because I was told they had clear acrylic. A young girl did my nails and didn’t use clear acrylic. Also, I had a full set done and the acrylic was so thick and the nail was bumpy and not even. It took her over an hr just to do the acrylic so it was drying up on her and she kept adding more on top. Paid $80. Never will go back and wish I spoke with manager. I was just so upset and ready to get out of there. They shouldn’t hire anyone who doesn’t have the experience.

I’ve been to this location before and Joe did my nails however this last time I went another lady did them and seemed to have an attitude the whole time. It is now 4 days later and I have never once have had this happen to me but the gel polish is actually pealing from the acrylic and you can see where she missed spots for topcoat because my nails are discolored. This honestly upsets me because I was expecting the higher quality of service as I normal have had.

Joe and Donna have been taking care of my nails for 10 years or more. Donna did this design and I absolutely love it. They are always very professional, accommodating, and kind to their clients. They treat you like family. Try the ginger hot tea, it’s amazing.

I’m horrible with taking pictures so! Trust me these nails look super pretty in person and I LOVE them 😍! This is my second time going to Serenity nails and the owner hooked me up again with his excellent marble technique! I got marble nude nails before and went back for this jade look. I got so much compliments the first time so he’s the best!
