I came here hoping to get a manicure and pedicure for my upcoming graduation, and they proceeded to let me sit unattended in the foot bath for 40 minutes with no service. I asked several times when I’d be helped and was ignored or brushed off each time. In the time it took for someone to start on my pedicure, my friend who I came with got her manicure and pedicure done. Because of how long it took I wasn’t able to get my manicure, and when I requested a discount for the terrible service, the woman at the desk began getting frustrated with me and was telling me they were short staffed. While I understand that that happens, no one informed me of that situation and I felt taken advantage of. I won’t be returning here and I don’t recommend this salon.

I got a gel manicure two days ago because I was given a gift card and I’m sad to say that one of the gels just peeled off. I’ve never had this happen before. Also, the gift card said it paid for “manicure” and when I got gel, they told me it would be an additional $17. There was no “menu” in sight to see what pricing was.
Wont return.
