The job was done quickly and I appreciate that but the pictures will tell you instead of me explaining. The girl that did my toe nails was very careful and sweet she’s the only reason I would go back. Someone else did my nails I think her name was Lee.

I’ve had to wait twice at their door for them to arrive to work. The first time I let it slide because things happen, but the second time was rather annoying because it was over 15 minutes PAST the time they were supposed to be open. And once one person came to open up, the nail tech still was not there and I waited another 15 minutes… half an hour waiting for folks to show up to work. 2nd experience: called a day in advance to make a pedicure appointment for whatever time was best for the nail tech (it took three calls to get someone to answer). I show up the next day and the scheduled nail tech is halfway through an intensive massage and pedicure for another customer. They had me soaking my feet in water for over 20 minutes with no nail tech and still not knowing when I’d have my pedicure started.

I wanted them as seen on my screenshot. Got them like this. Not too far off. I still like them. Just a little thick probably because of the dip. Also, I was there waiting a little bit. I was one of the first customers and got seen at 1015ish. Only 1 person opens. So be first or go later. The other two employees vary on when they come in, but they do come in before 1130. Overall it is a clean relaxing nail salon. They also make sure you are comfortable and need anything to drink. That’s a plus.
