Me and my grandmother visited this nail salon this morning. And we had the best experience. I would defiantly recommend going here. They’re sweet and helpful. They really took their time and treated us amazingly. My nails are so perfect. I will defiantly become a regular here.

Having nail done at this salon was not a good experience from putting nails on to taking them off. I had nail tips put on and gel nail polish. They rushed thru the process of putting them on, while working on several people at a time. My husband & i both had scheduled appt (He for a pedicure). The removal was the worst part. Again they were rushed and unfortunately, I walked out with paper thin nails since the owner ground down waaaaay to far, while removing the artificial nail. You can actually see where the nail, with new growth, starts and stops. They have evening hours, and that is their only redeeming quality!

APPALLING SERVICE I called for an appointment today and came in I waited for over and hour and was finally approached by someone I showed an inspiration picture and was told I can only have one color (if you are going to own a nail salon I recommend letting your costumers pick more than one color) so I completely changed my mind and settled for less I chose a light blue I liked I was not approached for another 20 MINUTES at this time 3 walk-ins have already been sat down and I had scheduled an appointment by the 4 person that had walked in and listen to a woman name two colors and they had started on her nails I had had enough and left without a manicure but with a dirty look by the guy who told me I could only have one color this is BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER SEEN this is completely unacceptable and do not ever treat any other person like this again because I assure you you will lose more business. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED. The picture attached is what I had requested which can easily be done.

WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Went to Serenity 5/29 at 3:30 for a full set. They started removing my old set 30 minutes past my appointment at 4:00. As the woman in the first seat was removing them I asked her to please be carful bc my nails are sensitive. That made her very mad, She then told me she will not do my nails because I said they were so sensitive and that I should “go back to my nail salon to get my nails done” so after wasting 45 minutes of my time I was left with nothing. My sisters wedding is tomorrow and now I’m left with extremely damaged nail beds. In my 5 years of experience with serval different nail salons I have never had an experience like this. To top it off there was 3 middle aged woman snickering and talking about me right behind me. One was apparently a cop and tried to intimidate me with that information? Mind you I had not moved from my seat and was not speaking to any of the customers. If I were being aggressive I would understand the 3rd party. This whole situation was a complete joke. Like I genuinely thought a camera crew was going to come out of the closet. SMH save your TIME and your NAILS but not going to this “business”

They usually do a good job, unless they’re really busy. Then I find they rush a bit and then there are always small mistakes.
Overall, I’m still going to keep coming back, just not when it’s busy 🙂
