Their Mother’s Day event blew me away! I felt so lavished! They had breakfast available in addition to welcoming clients with mimosas or tea. The plentiful staff was attentive and kind. The Medford location has enough parking and is spacious for a spa in a city. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Beth at both locations, and she is the only person who I trust with my skin. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and professional, will customize your treatments to perfection, and will make you super relaxed and glowing at the end of the season. Highly recommend seeing Beth).

I have been to this location and Medford for massages facials and pedicure before. Always had a good experience so I decided to try getting my hair cut. I booked with a random SENIOR stylist for a wash cut and blow dry. I was cutting at least 8 inches off, post partum and was excited about it. I showed her photos and we confirmed the length for a blunt straight cut. She started cutting my hair in the back so I could not see how much she cut. She also cut my hair super quick and cut off way more than discussed. I was so upset I didn’t know what to say! When I went home, I was able to actually inspect my hair. It was all uneven. The right side is shorter than the left side. The length of the hair is different all around. This cut cost me $75! Worst hair cut of my life. Totally unacceptable from a senior stylist. I also emailed the company/owner with a photo and never even received back an email or phone call. This is very disappointing

Both locations are absolutely amazing for anything you need. I do massages, workshops and yoga often and have had nothing but amazing experiences each and every time I visit. This is a great place to love yourself and start a self care journey as there are SO many offerings. Jackie is an amazing person and you can really feel she truly cares about every single person that walks through the door. So grateful to have found Serenity in the City.

I just left the Reiki Session w Sound Bowl. They were nice enough to let me in even though I was late. I really needed that intense healing energy after recently losing my job at 54 years of age. She said at one point to stand and ground ourselves, to remind us that we are strong and can stand on our own 2 feet and that we have crossed so many difficulties to get to this point. Her words hit home. This was a religious experience. 🌈❤️🫶
