Very clean, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. I was gifted the prenatal package by a family member, and when we called to schedule, they were able to book 2/3 of the services for the next day. At 31 weeks pregnant, it was music to my ears to get in that quickly! I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and was asked if I wanted water. The waiting room was very beautiful and serene. When Emma came to get me for my first service she was very sweet and asked if I wanted more water, and had a very peaceful presence about her. The foot soak was therapeutic and relaxing, leaving my feet very soft! They even had a welcome sign in the room with my name on it, which added a special touch. The prenatal massage immediately followed the foot soak, and Amber did an incredible job. The pillows were extremely comfortable, the room was clean and inviting, and the spa music was relaxing. From the first touch I knew it was going to be the best massage I’ve ever had and it absolutely was. Amber applied the most perfect pressure, and it was evident through how “fluid” the massage was that she takes pride in her career and is very skilled at her craft. She wasn’t rushed or too quick with her hands, rather very gentle and calm. She knew exactly how to make it a relaxing experience. My body feels amazing! I will definitely be back and recommend her & this spa to everyone – especially if you’re pregnant and need some relief and relaxation! I can’t speak highly enough about this place and can’t wait to return for my facial!

My husband booked a couple’s massage for our wedding anniversary. We were treated by Gina (Me), and Amber (Him). We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. The spa is clean and the ambience is calm and inviting. The massage therapists were excellent. We’ll be back!

My daughter treated me to my first ever pedicure at Serenity, and it was so nice. Erin and Shii were lovely and made us feel right at home. The facility is serene and relaxing, and we felt very pampered by the VIP service. Not sure why I’ve resisted pedicures all my life, looking forward to my next trip to Serenity!

Best spa in town ! I love everything about this place – the ambience, the fragrance, the staff, the products, and especially the calmness immediately after entering the place… much appreciation to the team for keeping it so serene… I had my facial done by Nicole and Swedish massage by Page, I assure that they are the best therapist in town … their expertise and massages are just wonderful… definitely coming back !

I don’t ever do this, but this was my 4th letdown at serenity. I’ve tried massage, facials, couples massage and prenatal. All disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled today, they switched my therapist without telling me. I had specific needs and was told this therapist would be a great fit for me. I had to walk out, when I booked this massage a month in advance. When I talked to someone at reception, they didn’t even seem to care that I wasn’t happy or I was walking out of the massage for today. This was my last straw there… I won’t be back. And will be patiently awaiting my refund.
