I never thought I’d have a nail girl, but Chanel sold me on the first visit. I’ve been going to her for 5 years now! The hydrating gel manicure lasts 6 weeks without ever breaking. Her shapes and designs are always perfect. I can’t recommend her enough!

Made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 5 pm. Was told to pick a color then they showed us to our seats where we waited for 30 minutes before someone started one of the two pedicures. An hour later, while I watched my daughter’s pedicure come to completion, they wanted to start mine. I did not have another 40 minutes to waste. They NEVER should have told me they could accommodate this. I won’t be going back.

Love love love Serenity!! It is the only place I will go for both a manicure and a pedicure! The staff is amazing and super accommodating when I bring my elderly mom in with me! Exceptionally clean and lovely atmosphere inside!
