I’m extremely unhappy with the service. I went in asking for a toe polish change and acrylic set for the manicure to be quicker and they offered to do the pedicure while the other girl did the manicure so that I would finish faster. But then a new client walks in while I’m sitting getting my toes done the girl gluing my nail tips just glues the tip and go do the client that just walked in. Then I get everything I needed done on the website the prices are $55 for the full set, 18 for the eyebrow and 10 for the lip wax, and the girl said the pedi would be 40, now I ended up paying $148 idk for what if the math was adding up to $123. Then I had to tip on top of that like I had no choice the girl was just pointing her Venmo at the end. Now the pedicure I can’t complain it looks nice but the manicure looks like I got actual almonds on my nails. Super thick. I tried messaging them first about it but no response and it’s been 2 days, I rarely review places but this was just a very bad experience. And the nail shape inspo pic was taken from their photos.

When I first started coming here, it was because my sister introduced me to the shop now I’ve been a customer for some time now, and I am very happy with the quality of my nails. When I leave I am happy with the customer service from all of the Nail technicians I truly appreciate Kate and her hard work, and how much she prioritizes my customer experience. I do not live nearby the shop nor work by the shop but I still make the drive because I know I’m going to love my experience once I get there it’s clean it’s sanitary The music on the TV is a vibe and I’ve never left a review but the service is always nothing short of amazing and so honestly my review is overdue. Thanks again ladies. 🙂🙂🙂

I wish Google would add the option for negative stars in its review system. I would definitely give this store a negative 5-star rating. I visited three days ago for a powder dip and found the service to be only okay. Unfortunately, one of my nails broke the next day, followed by another one yesterday. Strangely enough, both broken nails happened to be the middle finger.
Today, I went back to the store to have them fixed. The technician was incredibly slow, moving at a sloth-like speed. To my disappointment, she mistakenly soaked both of my fingers in what she believed to be acetone. Adding to my dismay, she went to the bathroom and didn’t appear to wash her hands since there was still dirt visible under her nails. Politely, I asked her to use hand sanitizer before touching my hands. She proceeded to unwrap my nails, only to realize that she had soaked them in alcohol instead of acetone. It took her quite some time to locate the correct bottle. During the process, she accidentally poked me with her dirty nail and apologized. Furthermore, she nearly cut my cuticles with her machine. I immediately requested to have a different technician handle my nails, which I thankfully received. However, this person seemed rushed and neglected to clean the glue that remained underneath my right nail. I expressed the need for proper training for the initial technician and promptly left the premises, hoping to avoid further complications.

Amazing, every time. I visit Serena Nails every 2.5 weeks for my mani(dip) and pedi and my experience has been exceptional. My nail technician is detailed, expert and kind. I have introduced a friend to Serena and she loves it too.

Wanted to try a new nail salon and this had good reviews. The only star I’m giving it is because they do have good customer care but terrible quality care. I went in for a pedi and dip. I decided to get a design with the dip which I never do but I’m going on vacation. It wasn’t a complicated design at all either. I waited 30 min with my feet soaking before my pedi even started. She asked me to scrub my old dip off while she did my toes. The design didn’t come out the best but after being there for almost three hours I was over it. She told me the price was 122$ for everything and I was astonished since I never paid that much before in my life and have had this same service many times. I still tipped accordingly (20$) and went on with my day. Later that day the design had already chipped. I went back the next day and at first they told me they couldn’t do it and to come back another day but I said I couldn’t cause I was going on vacation. I sat there for another hour just for them to fix the small chip on my pinki finger. Three hours later, after I cooked dinner I looked down at my pinki finger and same exact chip is there again. I absolutely will never return to this place and I highly recommend anyone else to invest their money else where!!!!
