Wonderful place the owner always pleasant. They are such sweet people. They do not only do nails but they make people feel important when I first came there 13 years ago. My husband just passed away. I was so sad. The owner was absolutely wonderful to me and has been ever cents. I love the place and the owners. I have seen them actually go out of their way to help someone out of a wheelchair into one of their chairs so they can do their feet to me. That’s above and beyond a place they’re just wonderful that’s all I can say.

Nina and her staff are kind, talented, and go above and beyond to provide the best mani/pedi experience. I’ve been going here for 3 straight years, and I will not let anyone else touch my nails.

I’ve been here a couple times in the past and always get acrylics with gel polish. I don’t do any extra shapes, length, designs or anything that would generally cost extra. I’ve never paid more than $50 for that here before until today and was charged $65. When I asked why it was so much the guy at the desk couldn’t tell me and the girl, Michelle, who did my nails took off to the back. Obviously, will not be back.

I have been going to sequoia nails for close to 4 years now, never had a complaint! Always loved my nails even when I couldn’t decide what I wanted the nail tech would always blow it out of the water! But this time I went in and had exactly what I wanted in mind. Upon sitting down at the station the young lady told me no she will do them this shape and color I told her that I wanted the style I mentioned. She proceeded to do the style she said would look better. I asked her to at least go shorter on my nails and left with them longer than I wanted. It has been 24 hours and I’m already ready to just waste my $125 and take them off!! I came in paying money willingly for what I wanted and left with something I didn’t want… think I will be taking a break from this salon for a while.

I have come to this salon a few times when I didn’t have time to go to Knoxville. It’s been “fine”. This last time however will be the last time. I had a new nail tech do powder dip on my nails. She was really aggressive with the drill and my nails were burning. I mentioned this and she kept going. While shaping my nails with the file, I kept telling her she was filing my skin but she insisted it was my nail. Once several fingers began bleeding, she says “oh you’re right”. She held pressure to get the bleeding to slow and then PAINTED MY SKIN WITH CLEAR COAT TO STOP THE BLEEDING. I just wanted to be done with the place. When I went to checkout my finger was dripping blood on the counter and the manager (I assume) did apologize. I was charged the full amount but was given a $30 gift certificate for the inconvenience. So if anyone wants the gift certificate, it’s yours, I won’t be back.
