I had a beauty lesson yesterday with Victoria at the Wiregrass Mall location for my wedding makeup. She was fantastic. She did a great job! I’m hyper critical of myself, but I was so happy with how I looked after she did my makeup. Plus, she’s just a fun person to be around. We had a great time, and I left feeling confident I will look great on my wedding day. Thank you, Victoria!!

My girlfriend and I went here and the service wasn’t the best. We were mostly ignored but the few interactions we had were somewhat rude. Just remember- you are beautiful as you are. This place is just part of a multi-billion dollar industry aimed at decreasing your self-confidence for their own profit.

Sunday after 4:30pm store was crowded there was barely any beauty advisors I counted 5 one was the cashier. The only associate that helps was Andrea she was great but I think the store was understaffed and the cashier was interacting with each customer a little way too long. The line was half way down the store and no one jumped on to help. Really think this location is busy enough to have more associates especially for a weekend.
Poor quality on service. Also the store had no available strips for the perfumes there wasn’t any tissues anywhere nor q tips. There wasn’t any help but by one associate Andrea.

I just wanted to send a big thank you to Vikki for the beautiful make-up on my daughter. She was constantly asking if that’s what she wanted. She was very sweet and gave my daughter an awesome confidence boost. Everyone told her how beautiful she looked and the make-up was still perfect when got back home that night.
