I had a full face of makeup done by Dani for a photoshoot and she did an amazing job. She took time to explain her process and ask me what vibe I was going for. I was on a bit of a time crunch and she made sure she got me out of there while still doing an amazing job. It was a last minute decision to book and no regrets, I will book again if I need a full face of makeup!

Such a great experience! Kaylee was super helpful and found the perfect shade match for me. The perfume selection is top notch, the store is organized and clean, and finding someone to assist with questions was simple.

Came to this location with my daughters right away we were spotted by employees because we had a stroller, one approached and asked if there was anything we needed help with? Said no we were just looking around. We walked to a different spot and another employee stopped us and asked if we needed help? We said no again and walked away. As we stood there deciding what product we wanted to buy/ look at this employee comes out of no where says hey really loud award and claps her hands at us we look at her and she ask the same question? Mind you there wasn’t anyone really in the store so all the employees can see each other and who they are talking to. She made us feel uncomfortable so my daughters left and I stayed awkwardly talking to the employee because I didn’t want to be rude which I should have just left with them. We went into the store with intentions of spending a decent amount of money between the 3 of us but never got that chance. The employees including the manager made us feel so uncomfortable that we won’t be back! I don’t have to steal anything from any stores I make way more money than any employee there including the managers. So do better Sephora stop making people feel uncomfortable in your stores!

I couldn’t find my receipt to do a direct store survey review thing, but I still wanted to leave one! My friend and I were in about a week ago (I wanna say it was 6/3), and I’ve never bought makeup in my life, so I had no idea where to even start with anything. We were just looking for some simple stuff for cosplays, and the amazing Ava helped us out when we finally came to the conclusion we were in over our heads. She was super patient and friendly with us, helped direct us to different brands of concealer and contour, and helped pick out the right shades for my skintone. Really made the intimidating experience of makeup shopping a super pleasant one!

This was my fave Sephora in the Phoenix valley area from 2016 until this year. I don’t know what happened, but all of the cool staff is gone. New people were 80% awesome but now…Lot of new faces that aren’t particularly friendly and a couple old ones that never were friendly. Also…how can you act bothered when a customer is just asking about products? I had someone explain to me like I was 4 about why different lip colors look better on lighter or darker skin…like, I already know that lol. Pretty sure everyone does. That wasn’t even what I was asking. Tapping your foot when I’m asking you about different brands and looking in random directions when we’re talking shop? It wasn’t busy and the store was fully staffed. They kept trying to get rid of me as though they had somewhere to be. Once they dropped me, they just were hanging out with 2 other coworkers and looking at something on their phones. Almost everyone is so weird or just plain rude now. I miss the staff that used to be there (I guess they just used to be good at hiring people and as of this year aren’t? Idk) I really don’t want to go to this store anymore. It’s convenient for me but I’ll have to find a different one. I feel so uncomfortable there now. Everyone seems like they’re in such a bad mood and act like you’re a burden to them. This has been bothering me for months. It’s been a bad or awkward experience every time I’ve gone since January.
