Ari did an amazing job on my makeup. We had family photos scheduled, and my appointment for makeup was canceled at another Sephora store. They were gracious enough to schedule me at Arrowhead, and I’m glad they did. Ari listened to what I wanted and was patient with my chatty daughter who came with me. Thank you for making me look and feel beautiful!

My friend and I just came to this location, we wanted to say thank you to Francine for the awesome customer service. She was very helpful, interactive, and bubbly. The organization of the place was also good and there was easily available alcohol, tissues, and make up appliers.

Today we went to shop for new products at the Sephora store in Arrowhead, and the two young ladies that assisted us were amazing! They had patience and explained all details for us on the different products we inquired about. Zuki was extremely knowledgeable with skin care and Selyna was so patient, so kind, and both very fun to talk to! Thank you for all your time and patience! 💓

Had such an incredible experience here on Saturday with Brittny (may be misspelled) and i’ve never had positive experiences w workers in Sephora in the past. She was so nice and knowledgeable, helped me understand my undertones and what products work best for my skin type. She tried these products on my face so I actually got to see how they worked, and she intentionally pulled products I already owned and worked around them to recommend products that would work nicely so I wasn’t feeling pressured to buy a bunch of new stuff. She really cared about taking care of me and I ended up leaving with 4 new products that I LOVE, when I originally only went to return an item. I don’t write reviews but this lady was so kind and helpful (which seems so rare nowadays) and I hope taking the time to write this helps her in some way because she helped me so much!!

The cashier lady didn’t honor the pureology leave in conditioner that was put up in the 100 points shelf. There was actually two of them and said it was a mistake and didn’t let me get the product because it was ringing up as $11. I wonder why they would have two of them in the shelf in the first place…
