I was shopping for my 14 year old daughter for Christmas. She told me she wanted perfume but didn’t say what kind. I was just going to get a gift card but then I spoke to Rachel. She suggested 3 to 4 different items that the teenage girls are into and I bought them.

Today we celebrated Christmas early and opened our gifts. My daughter was SO SHOCKED! She’s like “How did you know I wanted this perfume? And the lip scrub…I didn’t even tell you?!”

Her customer service and efficiency are unmatched and she is definitely an asset to the company.

The store itself is easy to find, well lit and tidy.

I had an instacart order and I’m definitely not one who uses a lot of makeup so I definitely fell out of my league. But I got paired with Rachel and she was an angel. She helped me find everything I needed and when the customer wanted to cancel the order because of a limited edition product being out of stock, she made a recommendation that the customer liked. RACHEL IS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Incredibly helpful staff when I asked about different products for make up, skin care, and hair. Due to Covid times, I missed my birthday gift and was asked if I still wanted my gift honored. Uh, yes! How nice of them to recognize this and bring me a bit more joy to my day. This was my first shopping experience here and will certainly come again!
