i had a great experience, we walked in and they were very friendly and helpful, my nails are absolutely beautiful, they are shorter than i would’ve loved but that’s on me- my design is gorgeous! they were so nice to my little sister aswell- plus there was no one else in there so it was really peaceful

I have never had an unprofessional experience at a nail salon until I came here. I got the male technician, who I later found out was one of the owners. I asked for rounded tips and some sides were rounded while other sides of the same nail were left squares. He rushed through the job and was extremely sloppy. He barely filed my nails after he trimmed them, leaving them jagged and frayed.

I honestly question if he was even licensed to perform services because of how poor the job was. When it came to the polish, he didn’t fully cover the nail with the color. You could see the uneven layers of color polish. Then we he added the clear, he didn’t even fully cover the color so you could see lines and streaks.

While he was looking at my nails, he touched the wet polish and messed it up and blamed me. At that point I just laughed in his face and told him to remove the the color and left.

The ladies seemed to do good work, but absolutely avoid getting the man to do your nails.

Salon came highly recommended: truth- environment is rushed andI got double teamed (nails and toes same time). Not relaxing. At allllllllll. Nails: see pics- nails tips were placed crooked and incorrect size. No curve or apex, no forming or time taken. Each nail looks different no uniform shape or size. I was laughed at when I questioned the 88 dollar price as I didn’t ask for gel toes. I was frazzled from the double team environment and nails are a mess. See pics
