First time I went in got a pedicure. The lady that did it was so nice and in no rush. She was awesome. Two weeks later I went in for a fill. The guy that did it seemed to be in a rush, kept on checking his phone. I told him I wanted a purple matte finish 3 times. He ended up doing them gel. I just let it go. Definitely not happy with my nails.

Michelle is the best! I have been getting my nails done since the early 90’s and she does the best job I have ever had. I will now not go to anyone else and highly recommend her to everyone. My nails look better than they ever have and everyone that sees them compliments me.

Awful place. This was my second time me and my daughter going to this nail shop because we were happy with the work they did on both of us. Today was horrible. We got to nail shop at 1:30 owner said come back in 30 mins. We didn’t even get a HELLO! We came back at 2pm. He then started asking my daughter what she wanted to get done. My daughter showed him a picture then he started telling all these excuses and prices blah blah. I know nails could be expensive but it seemed like he was just not having a good day. Then he suggested his personal opinion on how to get nails. Fine let’s see. He then started doing her nails at 2:20pm. The whole time he was rushing on getting done. Customers walking in and walking out because the wait was so long. He finished my daughters nails at 3:15pm. Paid him. Did not even asked if she liked the nails or anything. Walked out. Getting to the car we looked at the nails (full set) pretty much all nails were different sizes. Thicker, wider then others etc. Called the place back told him about the situation. He said, “ okay come back in an our I fix for you” Got there at 5:27pm since I had to call twice then he gave me another time. He then brought us back got seated and told my daughter what was the problem, so I spoke for her since she was very upset. Completely understand her I would too. Women are picky with nails. Right ! Then he started explaining the difference of nails he had angles arch straight clear. I told him you can tell us all you want about the nails and I will still don’t know what you’re talking about just fix her nails. It seemed like he was worried more about the money and closing the shop. He then started filing them on the sides asked if they were better. The whole tone he was talking and making us feel bad about how he did the job. Told him to stop and that we would go some where else. We got up and left. It’s his job to do it right and have customers happy and satisfied. There was only two people working him and another lady.
It’s very disrespectful for them to talk their own language in front of others specially if your not happy with the work. I’ve never been to nail shop like this one. Very poor service & customer satisfaction. It’s about the QUALITY NOT THE QUANTITY. I don’t recommend this place. I will never come back!

Jenny is my girl! See her for all your needs. You won’t be disappointed. They recently updated the salon. New chairs, lighting, etc. It’s really nice! $25 for a gel manicure. Can’t go wrong with that 🙂

Horrible experience. Would never go back. Nail tech wouldn’t stop talking- had runny nose with yellow snot. My toes are cut up- bleeding. Gel was a disaster- had to be redone. Yuck
