Yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a nail salon! I made an appointment over the phone for a gel manicure and asked for nail tech Anna, I was told Anna doesn’t work there anymore. So, the owner Jessie told me should will do my nails. When I arrived at the nail salon, the owner told me Kim will do my nails. The nail tech Kim is the most rudest, unprofessional nail tech I’ve ever had in my life!!! She was huffing and puffing because the gel polish that Anna put on my nails 2 weeks before wouldn’t come off in 10 minutes, I told her it usually takes about 20 minutes for the gel polish to soak in order to smoothly come off. She started filing the gel polish off with a tool until it came off! She proceeds to give me a painful back massage with her bare hands that I did not ask for, I told her to stop several times she acted like she didn’t understand English!! So, I pulled away from her. Finally, she stopped and started back working on my nails. I asked for oval nails and she demanded they should be square, I told her I don’t like like square so finally she made them oval. All of my nails are shaped differently, she filed the back of my fingertips and told her what are you doing…now my fingertips are sore, my back is in pain. The owner Jessie saw and heard my disappointment with Kim, so she came over and rubbed my back saying sorry and she will do my nails next time. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME!!

I had Jessie she was polite and took her time! I paid 60$ and 10$ which is very fair. It was my first time there I got 5$ off coupon and a gift! Will definitely be going back! I left my old salon for being rude and so happy I found this place!

Very kind staff, complimentary massages with the nails, decent price, and they do a great job! I took my bridal party here and they treated us all well, and were able to squeeze us in with just an hours notice! Great place 🙂

I had a uv gel full set with Jessie, I went in with acrylic nails and wanted gel instead, Jessie had her work cut out for her, and she is amazing, my nails look perfect, she was very sweet and knowledgeable. I also had a pedicure last week with Mimi who was wonderful. They are the best nail salon around here in my opinion. If you want Beautiful nails then this is the place to go.

Took my mom here for a mani-pedi a bit ago, person working with her wasnt clear with the directions she was giving my mom and caused some confusion, then went on to embarrass her by making fun of her with another customer. It was very unprofessional
