Went here for the first time the other day and LOVED it! The woman at the front desk was so sweet and funny. And my nails came out perfect. Haven’t had a good set in a long time, this will be my place from now on!

Lyly was amazing! I Snapped my acrylic nail in half at the airport the night before coming here and she was so gentle with the removal. I was afraid my nail real nail would be in too bad of a condition to fix but she worked her magic! Left with the cute gel manicure on my real nails!!! Highly recommend will definitely come here if I’m ever back in Tyler!

Hana did an amazing job on my pedicure. Tony did my sister’s pedicure and greeted her with THE WORST attitude. After being absolutely rude to her and telling her not to move and let him make all the movements for her, he screwed up her toes and then blamed it on her for her not moving like he told her not to. We had to ask for the callus treatment which should have been included in the pedicure. He already had towels on her feet and no intention of scrubbing her feet until I politely asked why she didn’t receive that treatment when it’s stated it’s included in the pedicure she chose. He reluctantly finally did it. Shaking his head at her and being down right ugly to her the entire time. That should have been our cue to leave. We got past that and went for our nails. My sisters nails turned out amazing. I got Kevin for a nail tech and I don’t even know where to start. He put several of my nails on crooked, I noticed one and he reluctantly took it off and put it back on. Christi stepped in to do my “design”, a French tip. She made everything worse. I had 5 bleeding cuticles by the time they were done. This was supposed to be a set to go on vacation with. When I went to pay I looked at them real good and said oh no, we’re taking these off. I would not have paid $1 for the set on my hands. So I got my already bleeding cut cuticles out in a bag of acetone to soak off. No apologies for screwing my set up, no apologies for making half of my fingers bleed. It was awful. Just plain awful. I now have 1 day to get my nails done and my God you should see what they look like after the soak off. Christie even pulled the corner of one of real nails back so far that I hollered when she was taking them off. Only thing I recommend from here is a pedicure by Hana. That did me so so dirty, repeatedly.

As always, SEN Nail Salon was awesome today. Tony, who did my pedicure was so good and did a fantastic job. It’s a top notch nail salon in every way. I highly recommend SEN NAIL SALON!
