Kristen is fabulous! I’ve had my hair cut and styled by her. I’ve also had one of her relaxing pedicures. She’s my go-to girl!!

Kristen is the only person in this town that I trust with my eyebrows! Everything here is a little more expensive than were I’m from (Houston) but she was right on target with the brow price ($12.00). If you pay in cash there is no tax. If you pay with card, then they add on what they are being charged to have the phone credit box-thing. I have a scar in the middle of my left brow and explained that I needed that very carefully worked in and she got the job done! I left really happy and have every time. Jolene was trusted with my hair. I have only let one person touch it for the past 4 years and searched Alamogordo and surrounding areas for someone with a completive price and years of experience. With it being so hard to get an appointment ANYWHERE, I called here and was in the next day. I had called 7 other places. Most were closed while others didn’t even pick up the phone. Jolene sat me down and went through exactly what I wanted. I explained how picky I was and she went over EVERYTHING with me before anything happened. It made me feel a lot better!! Seriously, if you want something done right, go to Secret Escape. They know the game and have great people skills.

Good at first… But I paid my monthly tanning fee a few days before the pandemic forced then to close. I called this week to find out if my payment would still be honored. I was told I had until June 4th to use a months worth of tanning. My money was wasted at this place.
