Unfortunately the last two times I’ve come to this salon I’ve left feeling disappointed. When I called for my appointment I said I would be coming in for a gel pedicure and that I needed my dip nails removed. They told me roughly $50 dollars for the services over the phone. When I checked in my for my appointment, I told the male technician at the desk that when I initially called I asked for gel but that I just wanted regular nail polish for my pedicure. I also requested the classic service. The female technician ended up doing gel nail polish for my pedicure and then stated to me, “you never told me not to do gel”. Why was that my responsibility when I already told the male technician that I no longer wanted gel and that I wanted regular? He should have relayed that information to the female technician if she was going to be the one to complete the service. Then the female technician was arguing with me about how she’s done nails for years and that if I cut my nails too short it will hurt the skin underneath the nail. She failed to understand that I was explaining my nails were extremely brittle, almost paper thin from my previous dip appointments and my nail was actually bending back even with the slightest touch. And therefore, I needed them cut down so that they weren’t hurting me when I’m completing basic tasks. I am a student nurse and use my hands daily. Prior to my last few visits, I really enjoyed this salon and particularly the technician Tyler. He always took his time with clients and never rushed over the services. I’ve not seen him there in a while unfortunately and I’ve noticed a lot of new staff that I hadn’t seen before. I will not be back to this salon.

TO THE OWNER RESPONSE BELOW: you’re not addressing at all what I said. I already stated that when I called the salon I asked about gel pricing with the technician and stated that I wanted a GEL pedicure. I was aware of the price which is why when I got there I stated that I know I had originally asked for GEL but that I no longer wanted that and that I wanted REGULAR nail polish instead. When the female technician handed me your pamphlet of options and asked me what I wanted at the chair I stated I WANT THE CLASSIC. I did not say that I wanted THE CLASSIC WITH GEL which is a different price. That should have been clear to her. If I asked for the classic with gel nail polish then yes it would have been the price that they went over with me on the phone and the pricing that you’re referring to. Don’t act as if I’m trying to make a big deal about $15 because that’s not what the actual issue is. I did not have a problem with her ability to do my nails. I had a problem with her attitude acting as if she had no idea that I wanted regular nail polish. And then her back and forth about how I wanted the length of my nails. When the gentlemen at the counter asked me what I wanted for my service and I provided my answer, he then should have relayed that information to the technician that was completing my service. End of story. I hope in the future that when a paying costumer states what they want from a service, your staff can provide that without acting as though the customer is unruly. Especially if the customer has been coming to your establishment regularly. Very disappointing. Have a great day.

Such kind and thorough people. They have fixed one of my nails that broke for free multiple times when I get them done there, and they always do one nail first to “make sure I like it and it matches my skin tone.” I love love love seasons so much ❤️

So upset. Went here on Saturday and this is what my nails look like 5 days later. Was super excited to come here because they did a great job last time but they aren’t consistent which really sucks. Every time I look at this I get so upset..they look horrible

I am absolutely in love with my new acrylic set. It didn’t take long at all to get my nails done and my new set is absolutely flawless. This is my new regular spot for sure.
