I called in January to request a birthday spa day in February. Crystal planned everything for me and really made a great day happen! It was my first visit. Everyone I met was personable and professional and executed their services well! I plan to return.

While I enjoyed all my services, my favorite was the facial. I’ve had several facials elsewhere before, but this experience was the most thoroughly explained and relaxing.

Do not recommend. The hair dresser Heidi does as she pleases to your hair. My hair is now damaged and alot of breakage due to her over processing my hair. Intentionally she left me under the hair dryer much longer than I was suppose to be under the dryer for meanwhile she’s chating with her friends. I do not recommend this “Day Spa”. Go else where, were your hair stylist can be trusted.

Im 55 and been going for 15 years to Scruples with Heidi- she is amazing- my color has been always perfect after years of different salons and having my hair color fixed in past- I’m so thankful to have a place that I have no worries how my hair will look and that I’ll feel “great”when I leave.

This is my first time at Scruples. How have I not come here before? What a beautiful place. The owner, Crystal, is a gem! The surroundings are so elegant and charming. I had a relaxing therapeutic massage. My therapist, Meilani, was delightful. I definitely will be back.
