REALLY BUMMED. This was my first time getting acrylic nails. I spent enough money here, I really expected better. They are crooked, you can see my nails through them, and there is hair in them!!! I gave two stars because my toes ended up ok, but I would NEVER get my nails done here. Please like this review if I’m not wrong and should expect better than this.
*Did not indicate I was happy at the salon. I said the technician was fast. It was clear she rushed to do my nails for my scheduled appointment to take a walk in. I did say I was happy with my toes. I paid for a service. I was disappointed, but I won’t refuse to pay. The nail technician knew she did a bad job and didn’t care. The nail technician could see everything I shared in the photos.

I don’t even want to show you my toes. I’m visiting from New York, so I don’t mind paying for quality. I went for a full in and regular pedicure. My cuticles were not cut, nor did the even go in to fill to the top of my nail bed. Apparently if I were to get regular polish on my nails they would have done it ?
My pedicure (reg polish) was $45?!?!? Since when?!? To not even fill the tub to above my ankles and cut my cuticles on my toes.
This place is ridiculous. I paid 90 dollars for my nails to look like this. Would you?
What I wrote to the owner.
To the owner,
I am very disappointed with the quality and service I received here. While you do have a very quaint establishment, it does not mask the quality of work your employees produce. I went in for a fill-in and a regular pedicure. Back home in New York I usually pay $90 so the price did not bother me. What bothered me was the final product. I can’t believe your establishment is proud of this workmanship. It’s spotty at best.
There was no care for the work presented and paid for. I didn’t ask for my money back, but this cannot be acceptable. I also was accused of telling the employees that they “pocketed the money,” which I NEVER said but your employee insisted I did. I asked her over and over again, “would you, as a professional, pay for this?” To which I got no answer.
Here is some proof of what apparently $90 looks like in Annville,PA.
1. All of my cuticles were left uncut
2. The fill did not cover my whole nail bed
3. The fill didn’t even cover my WHOLE NAIL (which was addressed and never fixed)
4. That hot pink was originally on my nails (never fully taken off)
5. My toes nails were square not round and they didn’t even care to match them
6. Didn’t even clean my nails for an even application
7. The water in the bowl didn’t even cover the jets. And the scrub wan’t even fully taken off or rubbed in.
8. When I told your employee to just take off the toe nail polish because it was on my skin and not my actual nail…the hot pink was still there. And, she went in with a mechanical file which makes me think I was swindled.

Two of my friends and I made an appointment for three full sets at this salon on Saturday. When we walked in, a woman shoved the nail color book at us – nobody greeted us or said hello. We picked our colors and my two friends were taken back, I waited for probably 10 minutes. We were swapped between two of the women, the only two nail techs in the salon. The first woman put our tips on, then we were instructed to sit in the massage chairs with our unclipped acrylics while they worked on other clients. One by one, the other nail tech called us over and put the acrylic gel on, filed, and painted. This woman was aggressively throwing my hands back at me and rushing. My hands were sitting in my friends’ nail dust, as they don’t clean the stations in between clients. Before she applied my nail polish, she told me to go wash my hands. I was looking at my crooked, uneven acrylic and I asked her kindly to fix four nails. She quickly and haphazardly filed them again. I sat back down after washing my hands and she very rapidly painted my nails. I was genuinely speechless when she was done. These nails are barely oval, each one is a different length, they look grown out, and they’re extremely chunky, not to mention absurdly crooked. The first nail tech was ringing us up, and she was yelling at the other woman asking about how much to charge each of us. There should be a set price, as we all received an acrylic set with plain nail polish and no designs. It felt like she was taking advantage of us. 65, 70, and 75, based on the length of our nails? I’ve never paid that much for a full set. I did not want to pay, but I had to leave to get to an appointment and was in no mood to argue. I was honestly too stunned to speak. These women are not considerate and I can’t believe they let me leave with these disgusting nails. I got them redone somewhere else later in the day, and this other salon was horrified. They couldn’t believe a nail salon did these nails! Would not recommend going here.

Had a good experience here on Friday. I wanted plain white, because I’m boring lol, and the person doing my nails suggested colored acrylic instead of clear and then polish. Since it would be one less step I’d have to sit through! She even got me to switch up to a pearl white instead of plain white. She wasn’t pushy about it, just gave me the options and I ended up liking that better than plain white. She was meticulous picking the correct extension sizes for my nails, which are pretty small so sometimes harder to do. She was also so careful with the acrylic application. They look awesome. Will go back for my fills.
