Summer really went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day. The week before my wedding, she did my highlights and haircut. The day of my wedding, she did my bridal updo and I could not be happier about the whole experience. I felt so pretty, thanks Summer for helping make my big day such a positive experience!

Angela is amazing ! Her facials feel so relaxing and luxurious and my skin always glows after. She also gives a really nice arm massage while the mask is on your face. I would highly recommend her, and all of the hair services I’ve gotten at satori have been wonderful too.

Eric was absolutely excellent! So calm and reassuring when discussing options for my hair after I had an absolutely chaotic morning. He was able to fit in extra hair treatment services in our appointment time and his background in lomi lomi was obvious – the pre-cut shampooing session was like a mini spa healing treatment in itself! Super happy with my hair and with the salon overall. Bonus feature was I was able to book an eyebrow wax appt online at the same time via their online scheduling tool. Angela was great and I didn’t break out in hives afterward like I normally do for an hour or so after other wax places. Highly recommend this place!

I went to this salon for over two years spent $3,500.00 each time on hair extensions. The first time it was great love the hair great service. The second time I got extensions done the hair was not the same. When I mentioned something about this to the owner and asked her to call the company to get a different set of hair because it must have been a bad batch or something she made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about that the hair was just fine and nothing was wrong with it. Now for over a year I have dealt with extensions that have been super dry no matter what I do how much product I put in it it’s still dry and not great.

Either she got a bad batch or purchased a different set of extensions and tried to play it off like it was the same.

Either way because of the lack of care for her customers concerns and the over charging of prices I won’t be returning back to Satori’s.

She lost a high paying client because she couldn’t remember my name, always over charged me and didn’t fix the problem with the extensions when it was brought to her attention.

Not a great way to run a business.

Piece of advice…when a high paying client spends over $10k in two years at your salon you should know their name, try to make right whatever concerns they have and stop over charging them.

Hair extensions are only $1,100.00 at most for the high end brand. Not sure why with tip your charging $3,500.00

Very Pleased with the Color Correction done at Satori Salon today done by another stylist named Melissa. She is extremely exceptional at color mastery and matching. Thank you Melissa for making my hair beautiful and ready for my upcoming trip. I recommend Master Stylist Melissa at this salon.
