I have been coming here since the original owners have moved and I was extremely disappointed and this will be our last visit here. Me and my wife had pedicures and the place including the chairs were extremely dirty, and her remote for the massage chair did not even work. I asked for the dead skin to be removed and I left the same way I came in which you can see in the pictures. Also The gentleman in the picture put gel without even asking her is the service was okay and the lady in the picture was absolutely horrible and in a rush clearly. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years unfortunately this is our last time the quality has went down hill in the past few years but this was the worst.

I am very pleased on my nails. It was my first time going to Sassy nails and I had Lisa she was very sweet. She did everything I asked for. Plus I’m not sure if she realized it but I had two paper cut’s on two different fingers and she did not hurt them or irritate them. I will definitely be coming back

This will be my new spot. I came in for the first time today as a walk-in and they were a little busy. I was greeted, asked what I was there for, and immediately sat at a station. Tammy did my nails and she did a great job. She was very attentive to detail and quick. Very chill vibes. I found out they offer all the services that I had just drove all around Fayetteville to get done at 3 separate places (wax, lashes, eyebrow tinting, pedicure, and nails). I’ll be back soon for all my birthday beauty needs! Thank you all for making this experience easy and enjoyable.

The customer service started off good. They insist on cutting your skin instead of cleaning up the cuticle. It took 4 techs, 2 hours, and constant direction for the job to be completed, basic gel mani and reg pedi. I had to repeatedly ask for my nails to be cut and filed evenly in a uniform manner. If not, every nail would point in a different direction. The last tech left a jagged nail edge and relunctly filed it. She also was going to leave the polish with black streaks. I could not relax at all. When I did, she cut the skin. They also use watered down cuticle remover, it came out of the bottle like water. Theu did not use any nail prep products. After the last cure, the tech proceeded to file the edges of the finished nail. Ummmm, that is a hard pass. I asked why are they breaking the bond of the polish because it will cause the paint to lift. The tech replied it is ok and she doesn’t have to use the file again. The end product was ok, but I had to give wayyy to much guidance. This place needs to remove Spa from their business name.

Very disappointed, I was told a 20min wait and then patiently waited an hour before even saying anything. I asked how much longer and the man working there looked at me and turns to acknowledge a customer who just walks through the door to ask what services they wanted. I repeated myself again and no one in the store answered although they looked at me and heard me. I quietly picked up my things and walked out. Since I arrived 3 people were serviced for Pedicures. After I left I called the store back to let them know how disappointed I was and the same man answers the phone. As I start talking about how disappointed I was he passes the phone to the lady. The lady then says they couldn’t get to me because of the Pedicures but they were walk-ins with no appointments and the employees working on them could do nails so why did you pull them to do Pedicures and leave me waiting. The customer service is terrible and I will not give them my money. They need to know how to have better respect for the people coming in their store supporting their business. You won’t be open for long without acknowledging the people that spend money in your store. There are a lot of options out there. What makes companies standout is always customer service!
