Oh my goodness. I got a fill for my acrylics and I was having trouble picking my color but she was super patient with me and didn’t rush me. The color i chose is stunning!! She did amazing!

Update: Amy (mgr) offered to re-do my nails for free and she did a really nice job so they have redeemed themself. 😊 I was told my hands were dry except for 2 fingers that had to be re-done due to smudges ‘from the fan’ (that’s what I was told). I’m disabled and it was a lot just for me to get there so I didn’t have it in me to go back but I did call them. There were also a number of fingers and toes (which came out fine) that had polish on my skin that didn’t get cleaned up. I won’t go back.

I got robbed here by the worker, My $80 gift card!! I called prior to going in to make sure they were still open and that they would accept my gift card that I had as a Christmas gift from my husband year 2022. Right when I walked in the lady took my gift card from me, went and sat me in my water for my pedicure and took my daughter to her station to get her manicure done. After getting my pedicure and my daughter’s manicure done the lady talked me into getting my fingernails done. It had been years since I had been able to care for myself since I have five kids and I also work full time, and it was only due to the gift card already prepaid for the services. I insured the services I had done would not cost me much more than my gift card. It came time to check out, the lady tells me $200 for the total and guess what, she doesn’t know where my gift card is and claims I never gave it to her. Now I have a great memory and I remember specifically handing it over to her and verifying again that it was still a valid gift card. Well she decided do to circumstance she would give me a little discount… And then also informed me with age of gift card she couldn’t take it anyway. I said why didn’t you say that when I asked you several times in the beginning. I only got so much done due to the fact I could afford it with my gift card.
I went from thinking in my mind that I was going to start trying to do this monthly at least with my daughter too I will never go!! And get this, she called me before I could get home to let me know she found it in her jacket pocket but nothing she could do! MY GIFT CARD FOR 80 IN HER POCKETS

My daughter and I looked forward to having a great pedicure last weekend. We arrived at 1:14 and received the most rushed pedicures we have ever received. I went first, my daughter went after me and we were leaving the salon at 1:50. They got us done and out so fast to accommodate the next couple of patrons who came in. Nothing relaxing at all. In fact, the woman was out of breath after she finished my daughter’s feet and walked straight to my face and said “you can pay me now” as she tried to look in my purse while I took the money out. Very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I should have known this experience wasn’t going to be good when the man told me to sit down and put my feet in the water before I picked out a nail color. He said, “I will bring you the color chart”. He never did. Instead she asked what colors I liked and then proceeded to bring me a few bottles in that color range. I blame myself for not walking out right then.

Edit: I have been going for months now! I feel so at home each time I come back! These ladies are so personable and helpful. They help me come up with new looks. They all do such a beautiful job. Very clean and safe. They remember my name…I could go on and on about how much I love Sassy Nails and these ladies! You will not be disappointed! I posted new pics on their website.

My daughter and I came here together. These ladies are the most friendliest and wonderful to be around. Linda did a beautiful job on my natural nails with a tiger’s eye paint. Followed by a hand rub. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience today
