They took really good care of me. I had a manicure and the $55 pedicure, which ended up being $65 with the gel, but I liked that they told you how much everything would cost as you asked for it. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the girl (I think her name was Winnie) actually didn’t top coat half of my thumb nail! I live 45 minutes away and can’t just stop back in, so that was frustrating, and if it doesn’t last as long as the other nails, I won’t be happy. So far so good, though. They speak pretty good English in there and it doesn’t feel like they’re talking about you behind your back, like at some salons, either!

My daughter and I are always so happy whenever we come for services. The staff are so nice, they always make friendly conversations, the salon is so clean and beautifully decorated. I always feel comfortable and confident that I will have great results with this salon. Highly recommend if in or near the Canby area.

Quality and care has been getting progressively worse. Despite setting an appointment every time, they overfill appointments and walk-ins so it’s a 10-15 minute wait past your appointment time. Then they juggle you with several other clients, barely giving you time to choose a color, and rush through the service. Depending on the artist, they’ll completely skip steps or take short cuts (skipping the top coat, not filing under your nails after the dip powder, not fixing mistakes they make) and then as soon as you’re done they’re onto the next client while you’re drying using the UV lights. Today I specifically requested a female artist, was completely blown off and put with a man, and then after my service, I used the restroom, they let a client sit in my seat, move my PURSE onto the floor, put all of her belongings on top of mine, I had to physically move her phone to get mine from under hers. I’ve come here for months and have seen it get progressively worse, especially when you’re checking out they’ll just outright yell “You have cash for your tip right?” A tip is a privilege, not a requirement, and by asking me that makes me completely uninterested in tipping.
By letting a client move my belongings and constantly make me wait well beyond my appointment time, I am very disappointed. I also found out that the stamp cards, 10 total services you need stamped, is only $10 off your next service! $45 for a fill x 10, $450 spent all for a meager $10 off? This place has turned into a complete mess and money grab. I drive from Oregon City to come here, as friends and family recommended it, but this is not the salon it was a year ago. I’d highly recommend finding somewhere else if you want quality and your time (and belongings) respected.

I was surprised to have such a poor experience with how many positive reviews this business has. My husband booked us an appt. for Mani/Pedis, and both of our techs were working on multiple customers at the same time. Im not sure why they were so busy when we actively made an appointment… walk-ins should be made to wait, or they shouldn’t accept appointments, but working on multiple customers at a time isn’t sanitary. Although you can tell that it wasn’t sanitary by the dark green color of the tool cleaner on the tables.

My husband’s manicure was so quick that they didn’t bother buffing. Both of our cuticles were so poorly trimmed that we had little pieces flaking off within the following days. Photo is one week later, and my cuticles should NOT be this bad. This was an absolute waste of $140.

So glad we didn’t end up with any sort of infection.
