I’ve been to Sasha Salon multiple times for services from facial waxing to manicure/pedicures. I’ve loved the end results every time! Lena and Natasha are great with my eyebrows and other waxing. Judes and Michelle have never disappointed with my nails. If you’re looking for somewhere reliable, Sasha would be my first choice.

Love this salon! I have been coming for several years now, and even since moving away from Cambridge I find it’s worth the drive to come back. The staff is friendly and does a wonderful job. High quality, fast, and a clean welcoming environment. It’s easy to book online as well. I mostly go for threading and waxing with Anu & Lena and have only ever had great results. Highly recommend!

In May 2023 I visited Sasha Skin to get my face ready for graduation. They didn’t follow the times they promised and despite paying for the facial (can’t remember if it was the pore one (75 minutes) or the regular one (advertised as 60 minutes) AND adding the microdermabrasion service, the entire service took only 45 minutes.

I raised this issue on the spot and was told no, I did get my full service. I paid, tipped, went home, and checked the menu of services again, confirming that I was not given the service I was promised. I called the business to try to resolve it. I was told the manager would call me back by a very rude front desk person. The manager never called me back.

Given the entire experience was $180 including tax and tip, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated.
